Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to any Fitness Urbano gift card originally purchased at the Fitness Urbano gym or on the FitnessUrbano.com website. By purchasing Fitness Urbano Gift Card, accepting and retaining a Fitness Urbano Gift Card or using a Fitness Urbano Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Fitness Urbano reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the Terms and Conditions of the Fitness Urbano Gift Card program at any time with or without notice in our sole discretion.

Redemptions

Fitness Urbano Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

Restrictions

You may not return, resell or use any Fitness Urbano Gift Card for any unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes.

No Expiration Date/Service Charge

The Fitness Urbano Gift Card has no expiration date, service charges or dormancy fees.

Our software partner, ZenPlanner, hosts the database on which your data resides. ZenPlanner follows very strict guidelines to ensure your data is secure and held under strict privacy guidelines (http://zenplanner.com/privacy-policy/).

Fitness Urbano uses your data to provide you with convenient online access to view the status of services you have purchased from us (e.g., how many classes you have left, etc.) and to occasionally make you aware of specials or promotional activities.

The collection and hosting of any customer credit card information is fully compliant with the credit card industry’s security standards.

Your Privacy

We will not sell your data. We respect your privacy and will limit our communications to the following situations. We will send you email messages that are necessary to keep you informed about the status of your account and/or to provide you with customer service that you’ve requested. In addition, we will occasionally email you to make you aware of specials or promotional activities. We will never sell or lease your information to unrelated third parties.
